We were invited to take part in the Christmas Lights Switch on Procession and so for several weeks either side of the October break, we were joined by Anita, a local artist and ex-teacher, who worked with groups of children from Classes Three, Four, Five and Six as well as Class One and Two. The theme of the procession was the Twelve Days of Christmas. They created fifteen very large and impressive willow sculptures of six geese and nine dancing ladies.

The Procession’ set off through the centre of Gloucester.  As darkness fell, it was a magnificent sight as it paraded through the streets and into the cathedral.
